Once Again a Successful Event

Our third scholarship event, held on October 16, 2023, was another successful event!

As always, our generous donors came through; NCI was able to donate scholarships to 83 middle and high school students from $60 to $200, together with 14 laptop computers. The distribution were as follows:

  • 8 students received $200
  • 15 students received $180
  • 20 students received $140
  • 20 students received $120
  • 16 students received $80
  • 4 students received $60 and a laptop computer
  • 2 schools received 2 laptop computers
  • 5 schools received one lap computer

NCI also provided supplies and equipment to two kindergartens, including new doors, blackboards, and chalks, and food and other supplies to two orphanages.

NCI’s mission is to keep as many underprivileged students as we can in school.  Doing so does not only provide these kids with the means to continue attaining an education, but it gives them that feeling that someone somewhere cares.  And that keeps their hope for a better future alive!

NCI would like once again to thank all its generous donors for allowing us to be able to do that. This includes a very special thanks to Chicken & Pickle, through its manager Maxx Tittone, for donating 14 laptop computers and collaborating with us to organize NCI’s first ever pickle ball fundraising tournament.

We look forward to our Fourth Event!
