Just like the first three scholarship events, NCI’s fourth event, held on September 8, 2024, was a success! Through our generous donors’ continuous support, NCI was able to donate scholarships to 78 middle and high school students from $80 to $250 as follows:
- 10 students received $250
- 15 students received $200
- 17 students received $150
- 20 students received $100
- 16 students received $80
Just as for each of the past three years, NCI also provided food and other supplies to two orphanages. Unfortunately, we were not able to raise any laptop computers this year but hope to receive some for the next event!
NCI’s mission remains to keep as many underprivileged students as we can in school. Doing so does not only provide these kids with the means to continue attaining an education, but it gives them that feeling that someone somewhere cares. And that keeps their hope for a better future alive!
